All prices for our products are tied to real-time market rates for precious metals. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.
We offer shipping services for precious metals with appropriate insurance and security measures. Delivery times may vary based on location and other factors. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Our storage services are subject to separate agreements. All stored metals are fully insured and segregated. You retain full ownership of your stored metals at all times. We provide high-security facilities across multiple international locations. Storage services are available by appointment on weekends.
We provide authentication and testing services for precious metals and stones. While we use advanced equipment and techniques, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in all cases. Our authentication services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LaRoucci Gold & Mining SCH and is protected by international copyright laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaRoucci Gold & Mining SCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and Uganda, where our primary business operations are located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms and by maintaining a current version of the Terms on our website.
Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Storage services are available by appointment only on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that we observe local holidays, including Madaraka Day.
